Wine process: Grapes are picked up and brought into cellar, where there is the winemaking of red wine peels are kept in touch with must for long time (retting) in order to extract colouring tannic and aromatic agents. After retting, must is separated from marc and ferments in steel inox storage tanks. After fermenting, wine is robbed of its lees and kept for refining and maturation
Organoleptic notes: Deep red with violet shades, strong taste and fruit scent. Moreover you can taste something like wood due to the use of barriques
Gastronomic mating: Excellent with red meat, game and matured cheese
Alcohol content: 14 % vol.
Serving temperature: 18-20°d.
