| Wine process: | Grapes are picked up and brought into cellar, where peels are first kept in touch with must and then separated from must with soft pressing . The yeast is added to wine and it ferments at balanced temperature (20° C). The alcoholic fermentation lasts from 10 to 15 days. After fermenting, wine is separated of its lees and kept in stainless steel for 4-5 months. After this period wine is filtered and refrigerated. Before of cold imbottling it is still filtered |
