Wine process: Grapes are picked up and brought into cellar, where peels are first kept in touch with must and then separated from must with soft pressing . The yeast is added to wine and it ferments at balanced temperature (20° C). The alcoholic fermentation lasts from 10 to 15 days. After fermenting, wine is separated of its lees and kept in stainless steel for 4-5 months. After this period wine is filtered and refrigerated. Before of cold imbottling it is still filtered
Organoleptic note: Light red with violet shades, strong taste and fruit scent, delicate and cool taste
Gastronomic mating: Excellent with all, sea appetizer and light soups, sea grilled food and white meat
Alcohol content: 12,5% vol.
Serving temperature: 10-12°d.
