The Olimpia farm currently produces an excellent Extra Virgin Olive Oil obtained with different percentages of Leccino, Ogliarola and Cima Di Melfi olives from trees that span the hectares of olive grove owned by the Pinto Family in the various plots of land located in different areas of the Itria Valley.
